1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using YetiProxies ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
YetiProxies provides access to proxy services (residential, ISP) and digital goods. We act as a reseller of proxy bandwidth and digital items that we have the right to distribute.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. The Service may not be used for illegal scraping, fraud, spam, DDoS attacks, or any activity that violates applicable laws.
4. Payments and Refunds
All payments are processed via Stripe. Purchased traffic is non-refundable after use. Unused traffic may be refunded within 24 hours of purchase at our discretion. Chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension.
5. Bandwidth and Access Control
Traffic is measured in bytes. When your balance reaches zero, access is automatically suspended. We are not liable for any consequences of access suspension due to exhausted bandwidth.
6. Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or misuse the Service, without refund.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
